Terms & Conditions

By downloading, installing, or using the BowlingStatsTracker iOS application ("App") or visiting our website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App or Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use BowlingStatsTracker.

BowlingStatsTracker is an iOS application that allows users to track bowling scores, manage leagues, and analyze performance statistics. The App offers a free tier and a one-time paid Pro upgrade ("Pro License").

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time with or without notice.

Purchase: The Pro License is a one-time purchase of $9.99 USD. Upon successful payment via Stripe, a unique license key will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout.

License grant: Purchasing the Pro License grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Pro features on one (1) iOS device at a time. You may transfer the license to a new personal device by re-entering your key.

No subscription: There are no recurring fees. The Pro License does not expire and includes all Pro features available at the time of purchase. Future major feature additions may require a separate upgrade.

Restrictions: You may not sell, sublicense, share, or distribute your license key to any third party. Violation of this restriction may result in license revocation without refund.

Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate delivery of the license key, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents the Pro features from functioning after activation, please contact support@bowlingstatstracker.com and we will work to resolve it.

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Keep your license key confidential and not share it with others.
• Provide accurate information when making a purchase.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Not use the App to transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.

BowlingStatsTracker and all associated content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of BowlingStatsTracker and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your data (scores, sessions, leagues) remains yours. We claim no ownership over any data you create within the App.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the App or Site without our express written permission.

THE APP AND SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any errors in the App will be corrected.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BOWLINGSTATSTRACKER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP OR SITE.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Pro License ($9.99 USD).

The App and Site integrate with third-party services including Stripe for payment processing and Apple for app distribution. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party service providers.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App or Site after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via email or a prominent notice on the Site.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
